How are you financing your living expenses in Germany? (personal funds, scholarships, work, . . .)

3. How does the cost of living for students in Germany compare to the cost of living for students in the US? (Are some things cheaper and others more expensive? Elaborate and give some specific examples.)

4. What is it like to study at a German university compared to your home university/college? (Mention two or more major differences.)

5. What's it like to navigate in German all day? (Assess the strengths a weaknesses of your language ability to function in German. Have you made satisfactory progress?

7. What have been the most difficult aspects/situations you have had to deal with in Germany (homesickness, loneliness, finances, loss of boyfriend/girlfriend, food, language, uncaring Hausmeister, aloof professor/instructor, etc.)?

8. In what ways, if any, has this experience changed you as a person? (Has it made you more/less tolerant of others? Has it made you more/less assertive? Have you become more/less independent?)

9. Describe the city in which your university is located. Help us describe it to future students from CT. (Population, history, geography, weather, economy, etc.)
