This program is designed to raise
student achievement by supporting rigorous and relevant teacher
professional development activities conducted by partnerships of
Connecticut colleges and schools. The program is
federally-authorized and funded; grants are awarded each year by the
Department of Higher Education to successful proposals on a competitive
basis. Projects are evaluated by an external team from the
University of Connecticut.
