CTinfoTech Scholarship Grant Program Fact Sheet
This merit based, competitive program provides scholarship grants for students
entering or currently enrolled in an information technology related degree or
certification program at any public or independent institution of higher learning in the
State of Connecticut during Academic Year 2000-01.
The application deadline of November 1st, 2000 has passed. 238 of the
538 applicants were designated CTInfoTech Scholars and were awarded scholarships
ranging from just under $1000 to a maximum of $12,000.
As of February 1, 2001, no decision has been made for continuation of this
program beyond the current year. When a decision becomes final, the
program will be announced in this space.
